With no real entry and a limited amount of light on one side of the home, this house needed some direction. Adding patio doors to the master bedroom and a 400 sq.ft. patio increased the living space in this home. New siding and paint brought it out of the past and made it a modern classic.

We took this down to the steel frame and pontoons before building it three stories high. Full kitchen, plumbed, custom HVAC and solar panels on the roof to power it all.
